@ninjahandyman22 Orange is the epic of levels 30 below. By 40 up orange becomes nearly common and the Reds begin to drop as rares. Think of it this way, Orange is Platinum, Red is Diamond.

@wulflord14 Attack it from range till it charges, then attack it normally and roll sideways as it attacks and it will usually miss with its area attack.

Should be easy enough. They troubled me too till I got used to diving out of the way of the attack it does.

Don't try to melee it, it has a strong attack. Just keep out of its range and shoot at it. When it gets close and does its attack, just roll away. (rolling stops ALL damage)

It might take some time at your level but you should be able to defeat him without taking any damage.

The only issue I'm having doing this on my champ is the fact that when I go to kill the spider I've got 3 dark elves shooting at me and killing me in the process. It's just absolutely retarded.

I just pray that the next Too Human title doesn't have a hour long death sequence.

Hey. I do it on my champ too, best to reset your skill tree and set everything to ballistics (left side of cybernetic tree, if you're cybernetic). When you go to do it, walk up to the grey square and take it one step at a time until the door opens and shoot from there. it shouldn't attract the elves. if it does, run back to the reset point (on the ramp of the cyber-world teleporter)

it doesn't matter if your human or cybernetic but when your human it goes way faster then when your cybbernetic but it works on both though.....

every time i try to do this the room is also filled with goblins and dark elves that are, because of the sniper, invulnerable to attacks. is there anything i can do about this?

See the rectangle that he is standing in do not walk in front of it and the spider shouldn't attack and the goblins wont spawn

if you do it with two people then it is easy-er to kill and after about 20 times doing this you dont get reds you got to go to main menu then go back in in to a private lobby check your wep store and if no reds try again its easy to get money as well just grind it out and put everything on sale

If your a commando/ballistic champ,yeah. Otherwise for Berz/Defenders,replaying Helheim is pretty decent to level them,faster with a mate ofc.

Yeah dude, i just did it on my champ for an hour and get 2 reds...Just buy some new gear, (keep ur old) make sure it has sockets then put loot drop in so u have 15% loot drop. then with the rest put in gun range and gun power...And it doesnt hurt to spec ur champion the gun spec to..But ya its easy.

commando has a skill where the weapon range can be increased. you want to do this while still not entering the room, so you have to use cannon or something, and commandos have the strongest of these weapon types

Either go online or once you've finished the game, go to aesir and head to a map, press X to select a chapter without wolves, or thor etc.

if anyone is having issues not being a commando and cant reach the spider, I suggest getting a slug rifle and while you get the red target (meaning you cant reach yet) fire your ballistic and it should still hit him, takes me about half a minute to kill him that way on my zerker. Just a thought.

You need to go to Map screen in the Aesir Hub area - shop / world tree / feasting hall then when the map comes up press X which you can then select an area to "re-try". this will change the enemies you encounter. which will result in a spider being on the other side of the door in the vid. :-)

Darkangel - you are moving too close to the door - edge towards the door just it opens then you won;t get the goblins spawning.

Very addictive game - 70+ hours on my Cyber Commando - think another tip which just started to do - is what the vid says don;t wait for any items unless they are red - i was picking up several drops of yellow / purple just for the salvage value and hardly any red drops :-( but since ignoring all drops except red ive picked up 10 in the amount of time it took me to get 1 :-) just need the shoulder / chest / gauntlet / leggings now - :-)

you really only have to take two steps onto the ramp with the cyberwell. The end of the first panel is the spawn trigger. By the way, this works very well. I got two red weapons within 10 minutes of each other.  Also red boots, gloves and lots of runes.

Use runes that increase "Ballistic lock-on range" and "Rifle Range"

If you are having trouble getting attacked then you are running too close to the door. Stay in the middle of the metal rectangle on the ground and you will be fine. Also, you dont have to run that far down the ramp, you just have to put one foot on the ramp entrance and the spider will reset for you. Great video dude, keep it up

yeah i had a little bit of this same problem but not too bad. i kill some of the other stuff to get health though which makes it take longer...

also it seems if i start shooting anything other than the spider when i've already shot the spider at all the spider disappears.

This video was done in co-op mode. I just play solo, that way there's no lag and I get all the drops for myself. ;)
