Congress can't give anybody powers that are unconstitutional to begin with.

But, given the way this Supreme Court is too chicken to deal with Dear Leader's birth certificate issue, I doubt we'll see much action on this obvious usurpation of power by Congress, either.

The Supreme Court is pretty damn worthless, and all of a sudden act like they aren't interested in judicial review powers that they took upon themselves in the 1800s. Send 'em home.

We don't have that. We haven't nationalized the banks, and that's why they can run away with our money. So one could say that your are just wrong, because we have not seized control of private companies, just given them ridiculous sums of money and had a horde of fools scream and shout about socialism so that we have not had a say in how our money is spent.
