  • @dr3amgodd3ss Right? LOL. What brings you to Cinnamon Epresso Churros? Are you a pastry chef? Do you know how to make churros? I am in search of the best churros recipe on the web. So far I have tweaked the recipe that I have found on the web to make a pretty good churro but I have two problems. 1. I want to be able to prep the churros ahead time but the pastry sticks to the wax paper and 2. I can't find a decorating icing tip that is bigger than 1M. Do you have any suggestions?

  • great recipe, but not a good way to add eggs to a mixer. You can accidently ruin a great dough by adding eggs after wacking on the side of the bowl, by introducing shells or a bad egg. Just saying!
