This might be a really late response and I hope, for your sake, you found out by now on your own, but...

There is a cheat in the expansion pack "Open for Business". Have an alread pregnant sim selected. Then hold "ctrl", "shift", and "c" to open the cheat window. Input "Force twins" press enter and that pregnant sim will have twins when they give birth.

W/o the cheat, there's a natural chance of a birth being twins. Its low tho if twins don't run in the family.

Lol. You can also get twins without cheating, like.. you can make your sim eat cheesecake. Yummy. I don't like having twins unless my family is big enough and rich enough. There's nothing worse than giving birth to someone you can't keep alive.

it's possible to teleport. you just have to make your sim meditate *a lot* and then they will begin floating. soon after that you will have the option of teleporting to other locations. cool, no?

well theres only a 5% chance a mom can have twins...u could use a cheat code when the mom is pregnet get the bar to come up then type forcetwins..i did it to my sims and she had twins

well the woohoo part is a bit explicit and a bit not explicit. For one thing they just show the sims getting into bed and the bed rocking but they dont actually show what the sims are doing. And they also make the sims have clothes on when they go in and out of the bed. But i dont decide what they do i'm just voicing my opinion.
