I think these people are getting the vocal tracks from somewhere. jaroshbarksdale, how did you do it? I think it's also possible if you can find a section of the same background music without the voice. Copy to a new track and line it up with the section with voice, invert the sound wave then mix, so that you cancel out the background music. (Using a program like Audacity. (free))

this is probably how people are doing it for a lot of songs, but for rap like this, it's entirely likely that an official single had a vocals only track and an instrumentals only track, for dj mixing

its not likely that vocal only tracks are released. sometimes singles come with an instrumental only track which is an exact copy of the vocal version but without the vocal, invert this then mix it over the top and you have just the vocals. there are other methods too which are more complex. or you can just download them, try googling 'acapellas'
