When people say they cannot run this game on a 9250 it's because they are running a 9250 pci version not agp. the pci version had only pixel shader models 1.4 and the agp version had pixel shader models 2.0 so there are people who have the 9250 PCI and cannot run this game.

Let me tell you, I played BF2 with this video card for about a year, and yes it actually wotks, crappy everything, but works, and being a snipe with those settings on-line it's difficult, but youre good.

That Card also runs NFSMW, EVE and many others, one must work a bit with the Catalyst but they run fine.

run two 8500GT in SLI. There pretty cheap now and should be under $300. If you over clock them both you will be able to handle all of todays games (- maybe crisis on higher details)

CPU and RAM if you aren't on a tight budget... you may need a new motherboard though, and your power supply might not be sufficient for the new parts. Graphics card if you want games to run just a bit smoother.
