So... i couldnt help but notice your neutral speed type... does it have purple skin? (: its uber cute!! i have one just like it but its pink and blue hahaa.. so basically if you have a solid colored one that isnt white, and a dual tone, you will make a mono tone generic chao?

@killy642 Yes. Follow the same steps in the video but instead of buying a Purple Chao buy a Shiny Chao of any color other than white. It will take quite a few tries before it works because a shiny Mono-Tone Normal Chao is the rarest breedable Chao.

@crazo3077 im trying a easier ver that im not sure will work or not. u know how you can get a shiny 2 tone chao by breeding a normal 2 tone and a translucent? well im trying to get a colored 2 tone and breed it with the translucent to see if it works .... and if it does boy will i be jumping off the walls!

@AreoTheHedgehog It probably won't because breeding a Normal Chao with a Shiny Jewel Chao has a 50% chance at a Jewel Coat being maintained and all Shiny Jewel Normal Chao look like Shiny Normal Chao. This means that there is a 12.5% chance at a Mono-Tone Normal Chao, not specifying shininess or lack there of. It is the same rate for this video.

No, because Jewel Chao (Gold and Silver) have texture genes which override any colour Chao.

Hey, I have a Shiny "normal" chao and a normal chao. I recently bred them several times (I was breeding a chao for the best possible inherited ranks) and many times I got a white chao. Could they have made the monotone normal?

@fuzzydude64 That is very likely. As long as a Normal Chao and the child of a Normal Chao and a Color Chao or two children of a Normal Chao and a Color Chao are bred together, there is a chance.

@TheEthronBomb Animals do not directly effect their color. Animals effect a Chao's evolution path, influencing a stat so that it evolves into that type, and what evolution a Chao takes can effect what color it is. But, Mono-Tone Chao don't change color at all, so they aren't effected by it. The Mono-Tone Normal Chao does work like this, though.

I don't think I understand your question. I'll try to answer it.

There is such thing as a Shiny Mono-Tone Normal Chao. A Chao can not be Mono-Tone and Two-Tone. It can only be one or the other. A Mono-Tone White Chao is the White Chao you buy from the Black Market.

Mono-Tone Normal Chaos Chao look like Mono-Tone White Chaos Chao and Two-Tone White Chaos Chao look like Normal Chaos Chao.

If I didn't cover what you were looking for, please try to explain it more clearly.

I have a HUGE IMPORTANT question for you. When i first had SA2B i don't no nothing about chao. I got rid of all my Normal chao and kept monotone and shiny chao. none two-tone. So then I deleted my chao data to get Normal chao again, and the weird thing was there were no yell, pink, or purple chao at all! Just blue, red, green chao. Can you tell me how to get back the yellow, pink, and purple?

Try creating a new SA2B Game file. What shows up in the Black Market can be based on if you're on File 01, File 02, File 03, or a different one.

I accidentally got one while going for a White two-tone.

I was mating two White Two-tones, and I kept only getting white chao, so eventually I would get angry at the chao and throw it. Then I noticed that it was turning pink.

Anyway, I was wondering if you could post any other main notes about MTNN chao, like, what special coloration patterns can you get from specific chao? ((like the "M" on on D/F/F))

Actually, that isn't an M. Mono-Tone Chao stay one solid color, that includes Mono-Tone Normal Chao. I'll make a video explaining it.
