Light just escapes more and more slowly due to the force of gravity increasing as you get closer, until light stops travelling or is pulled into the blackhole (hence the black part of it, no light). So to an outside observer it would appear as if you were travelling slower and slower until you disappeared. But from your own relative perspective, time is continuing as normal (though time would appear slower at your feet).

Its hard to say. Many believe that our perception is a quantum function. Consider how a dream only last as little as a fraction of a second and as much as several seconds.
