That is a good presentation. This is a difficult topic and is very confusing for most people to grasp. Thankfully I am a genius so I understand it...other people who have dissed your presentation are posers.........the Wireshark information you showed was a very good addition.
What I really liked about this video is he didn't assume that you work in I.T or a geek (does help). He starts off simple and then dives in, which suits me fine!
Very good introduction into IPv6. IPv6 can be confusing, however I think you broken the barrier of confusion and very clearly explained principles of IPv6. Well done.
@52-54 minute you are telling about 48 bit mac address, after splitting into 1/2 and adding 2 bytes now it's 64 bits right? not 50 bytes as you are telling in video. By adding a prefix we are consuming 80 bits out of 128 (16bit+48bit+16bit).Is that the prefix is FE08 or FE will do?
@MichaelRWally like what ? i think he just missed transition tech. (teredo, 6to4...) and ipv6 address class....thats easy to find...but i like this Xcast address, i do know nothing about that stuff
