There aren't too many RPG's that have good plot twists anymore...
The only RPG I can think of off the top of my head (that I've played) that had a surprising plot twist was .hack GU (well, at least it was more surprising than some of these other plot "twists")
When I first played the game, as soon as Steve and Simon thought he was Desert Claw, I turned to my step-sister and said: "I bet you $10 that he's Jaster's real dad..." she just told me that it was cliched and dismissed it, but I told her the truth when I found out.
no hes not he is the Hottiest Chacter in the game besides seed but seed was his other side of him anyway i knew that right away that desert claw was his father amasing what game makers can come up with
