@AndersonSacco Get out of here. You can make money without selling out. You sell out if you say what the company is telling you AGAINST YOUR OWN OPINION. If you are doing something you want to do then it isn't selling out, even if it is commercialised. Look at Black Eyed Peas, they are successful commercially but that doesn't mean they sold out.

I was just thinking about it the other day - I've never said Kweli is my absolute favorite rapper, but when I realize I skip a bunch of songs on my ipod just to get to one of his, I think it speaks for itself.

If only more artists would strive to be like him (and Common, Lupe, Mos Def, De La Soul, etc.)
