Can anybody explain in 'simple english' how I can send a Pro Tools session from one computer to another?
I have recorded my arrangement in midi and audio. In 'simple english' though?

easiest way is probably to transfer it from a flash drive. then just import session from the file menu.

Either move it with a usb flash drive or the highly expensive way is with digidesigns digidelivery, although flash drives are easiest ;)
