love you vids and love melbourne but i have to ask how do get that camera view outside of the plane (heli) and have free roaming kinda you know, eg is at :17 and :25 and 1:06. if you could answer me it would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your nice comment. For the shots at :17 and 1:06 I used the default external view, additional movements/zoomings were applied in the editing program, which was Sony Vegas. At :25 I defined a new tower view in the cfg file of the heli at that special coordinates.

Thanks for the stars :) The clip is recorded in HD at a resolution of 1280x720 (widescreen), that makes it fill the whole screen.

Yes, but it's not only to change the resolution, because then the footage would be streched and looses it's proportions. I capture my clips at 1680*1050 and then cut out a part of it at 1280*720.

Yes, I used fsrecorder, and I have the same problems like you when using playback as ai-traffic, but normal playback for one single chopper works very well
