The problem with inline fours is that the power builds up very hard, making the backwheel spinn and loose grip in corners if you accelerate to hard and you will in some cases crash because of it. The v-twin is better for accelerating out of corners, you have better grip and feel, so you can corner faster, but in i a straight line, the inlines are faster. it's like choosing between two different philosofies of riding i guess.

@Fullblown1 mate, listen. Mechanics do know why using 4-cylindre bike instead of 2-cylindre. First of all, for sure not because of the top speed, you can build a v-twin with 220+ RWHP, you can control the torque of the engine much better of a inline 4-cylindre. It´s like comparing a lightning rocket to a cruise missile. But sure, these 4-cylindre's are all great cars, but they dont give me the feeling of driving a motorcycle. Enough said? It was a pleasure.

It's an 2003 Mille R, judging from the colors. All of the older Tuonos and Milles come with a single right side exhaust. There was an aftermarket dual right side silencer available from Aprilia also.

I don't see any reason shouting like this because of a discussion on the number of exhaust pipes. I reckon other problems in this world are more worth worrying about.... The bike is a 2000 RSV Mille R. It came with a single exhaust. The one mounted on this bike is the Aprilia titanium racing exhaust (as a replacement of the very big original pipe).

And speed is, like in most European countries, indicated in kilometers per hour.
