You had 15-pounds, maybe 20, on that particular rep of the DL. You'll notice the slight hook at :22 - :23. When we get that fixed, you'll add even more to your total. Embrace the process and keep on truckin'!

@BodyBldgPowerLifter how long was that cycle? I have been training suited, I am curious to see if anything caried over to raw and may test soon.
@powrbuildr Normally, you squat 4 days per week for 3 weeks. I did it in 4 weeks, squatting 3 days per week. Rested 5 days before the test.
