Great value. Just bought a 2011 enclave for $51,000. Instead of the navigator for $65,000. Enclave had more to it as well. Love the onstar and turning headlights
@NakedSnakeBlGBOSS I test drove one today and the seats are amazingly comfortable. Toyota aka lexus uses fake leather. This was plush leather. I am 6'1 and 270 lbs and I was comfortable in every area of the vehicle. And the back bench seat you can literally sleep on like a couch.
My father has an Infiniti M35X, and people tell him how nice the car looks. Since BMW 5 series and Mercedes E class are now as rare as Toyota Corolla in my area, Infiniti M is quite a new thing for many people. And now the car has been in service for well over 100,000 km and yet, still showing no sign of problem.
What Lexus is ugly as hell? Lexus LS looks 100 times better than any Buick in the lineup and is more sportier than any Buick. And sadly, Buick Regal? is made in Germany.
I wish Tiger Woods promoted Ford products or Dodge rather than stupid GM cars. Shame. I mean look at today's Buick, do you see anything so sporty about it? This SUV looks like it was designed for 60~70 year old grandmas. And Buick Regal, name-only American car.
Chevy Camaro, engineered in Australia. Built in Canada. Uh, hello, what about America?
And GM trucks use Isuzu technology. That's very American, isn't it?
I'd take Lincoln Navigator over this grandma-mobile. Period.
@NakedSnakeBlGBOSS I am 21 years old and I find this vehicle much more appealing to me than the lincoln.
And MAYBE this was the case several years ago but the new buicks are all made in the U.S including parts.
And technology is shared by all car industries.
Your a fucking retard if you think that there is any car manufacturer out there that only uses its own parts/technology in their design and manufacturing.
Even the nurburgring record holder Pagani Zonda ( Italian ) uses an AMG engine.
It's quite obvious you are a young dumb kid who has a 70 year old mentality. GM no longer makes their own cars in their own country, child, Camaros were engineered and built by foreigners. The platform itself was engineered by Holden Australia. If you know nothing about cars, then don't even talk, dumbass kiddie.
Buick Regal is nothing but a rebadged Opel, and don't know about it.
The storage compartment under the arm rest is removable! Stop whining about how there only a few inches deep and learn something about the car before you try to review it!!!
This is a nice suv from Buick I really like the shape of it. It is a better choice of suv than their other tow offering. it is nice to see that Buick is stepping up their game
I traded in my Lexus, and fell in love with this vehicle! the last GM I owned was a full sized suv, and this has more room! It is the quietest automobile I've ever owned! LOVE IT! GO GM!
If they shoved the 6.0-liter or 6.2-liter in this thing, it would be even more of a winner. My wife and I take long vacations, and I'd like to have a good interstate car. This has everything I want, except for a V-8, which is necessary for passing in a vehicle of this size.
...these crossovers are going to put the toyota seqoya out of buisness. The traverse has more room but it's ugly shit. Personally, unless you have 5 kids you don't need a 3rd row. Check out the subaru forester.
I rented the Enclave from Enterprise back in 2007 and must say I was impressed with it. Only thing I didn't like was the leg room in the back seats is very limited, as you can see in this video the man's knees are touching the front chair. That was the biggest flaw this truck has. Everything else seemed cool with me.
For your information... this is one of very few cars that can actually FIT adults in the back. The Acura MDX can only fit 2 kids in the back with limited leg room
Never owning an American vehicle, I am impressed with the recent products that GM has rolled out including the models that use this platform. GM has improved the interior fit / feel of the materials, but still may have some room left for improvement. I will go to a Buick dealership in the next few weeks and check this car out. Thanks for the post.
i wouldn't thank so. a fully loaded enclave is about 20K cheaper than a fully loaded X5. i wouldn't consider them competitors but there still in the luxury class. Now the Audi Q7 is a direct competitor with the X5.
Well the Enclave is GM's best competitor with the X5 I think now. I mean the Escalade is a better competitor with the GL Merc, because their both absolutely huge.
The Veracruz isn't cheap and it sure isn't slow. It does 0-60 in 8-8.5 sec. which isn't bad for it's class. The interior has impeccable quality for it's price range and while not as roomy as the Enclave, has more features. Taking the space issue into concern, it is also 5,000 cheaper similarly equipped. A respect both of them and think they're turning the car world inside-out.

Well, no for the most part Korean is not beating Japanese/German, but their (Korean) are improving their interior, mechanical quality to this day. The new 2010 Kia Optima is sweet. And it's gotten to where Korean is starting to beat American. Korean cars have been winnning alot of awards here lately.
