You dont know this person,he may very well NOT be a believer.telling him he has sinned and needs to ask repentance is not BACKED by the bible.Jesus himself hung around the slums to show them the RIGHT way through love.If this person was someone close to you I would understand telling them what they are doing is wrong.However,when you tell a stranger online "You're sinning" it makes you look self rightous.
