You can see the Velcro seam I think, on the shoulder of the yellow dress at 3:19 . Still, simple and fun acts like this are alright in my book, but I don't think they fool very many people really.

Neverthless, it is a nice touch going from a smaller outfit to a larger one, even if it is simple enough to hide the extra length (by doubling it up).
