Cool the before x-ray almost look like mine! Had a jaw widening operation few months ago and want to do my nose also.

Still 2 operations to go upper ajaw shift to back and lowwer law to!!

Question: If your nose is closed with cotton and your mouth to can one still breath?

wow! her nose changes pefectly,i have a flat maxilla which has caused my nose to look flat! im hoping this makes my nose more prominent! i went for a rhinoplasty consultation and told them that im having this operation and the surgeon told me that the rhino is a waste of money as after my jaw surgery it will bring out the harmony of the nose.

I don't think she got rhino. The nose bone doesn't seem to change. But the tip and cartilages seem to follow the upper jaw advancement. What a wonderful change!

I think you should wait until you see the results of the upper jaw surgery. However, some skilled surgeons can even perform both surgeries at the same time, as they can predict the facial results of the jaw advancement.

it didn't, her hair style changed.....she got bangs so it looks like her forehead grew
