  • @DjWellDressedMan - well, why do people bother with British Politics 101? This will teach you more, faster, and more succinctly that any course :) A little sad that almost every policy that was a bad idea in YM has cropped up in real govt plans in the last 15 years. When comedy becomes reality, that's very sad :(

@DavidMJordan "When an American compliments something British, etc" Correct. Just don't call it English when you don't spell it correctly.

  • enlightenedmonk. u r well named indeed and this is a public service[ interestingly about politics which is the least about public service :P ]

  • Being a Political Science dweeb I instantly loved Yes M & then Yes PM. You can take British Politics 101 or watch this.

  • Every episode of these brilliant series was superb. Perhaps it is the most underrated comedy of all time.

  • When an American compliments something British, he is entitled to use American spelling. It is only when he criticises something British that he should use the Brit spelling.

  • I watched this episode yesterday on channel Gold. But i'm watching it again now cuz it's so brilliant to see Humphrey doing what he does best! Playing devils advocate like Hendrix on a fender!

  • "You can't ask SENIOR officers to live PERMANENTLY in the North" LMAO

  • Probably the most relevant British humour of all time along with Monthy Python.

  • If the cabinet is made up of Secretaries, should the PM be the Prime Secretary or something similar?

  • God, now i feel so culturally empty having grew up on Friends...

This show is great! best british sitcom

  • @05batpod In the thick of it is an almost worthy replacement....

  • @05batpod "having grown up". You're certainly culturally empty

  • This show has some of the best comedy writing ever. Twisty plots, surprise endings, witty dialogue, it's got everything.

Definitely one of the jewels in the Britcom crown.

  • at its very best

  • the BEST comdey ever made.

  • That would be "humour" ;)

  • "houmoure" ;)

  • @EnlightenedMonk

My macbook spells it that way.

  • british humor at its best..........

  • As an American, I have found this show, to be one of my Two favourites. The other favourite of mine is, well, Monty Python.
