What it was good at:

-Special ability usage is interesting.

-MISAKAs were just downright funny.

-Accelerator is an absolute beast. One of my favorite anti-heroes/villains in any series.

What I didn't like:

-Low-moderate fan service (bordering on loli).

-Lots of wasted episodes that didn't feel like they went anywhere.

-The magic/religion part feels incredibly underdeveloped relative to the scientific aspect of Academy City.

Touma should not be the only one saving the day every time a bad guy comes other characters should fight as well. The bad guys are DUMB. They know what his power is and yet they still do the same thing over and over like an idiot. This show also degrades Christians bc Christians do not act the bad guys or dress as kannaki in real life. There is no consequences for the char actions

Eh, I have to say something around this part. One Accelerator has for most part killed in self-defense, even with the Misaka Clones they DID attack him and were equally participating in fighting. Same with people randomly attacking him. As for who is in charge of Judgement, it has not been said so think of it a Student Disciplinary Council made up of Students with Anti-Skill or etc above them. As for Touma punching people, you got random people shooting magic at you.. I'd punch no matter gender
