Does this say anything about what age you should be to take this? I'm 25 and want to lose about 15 lbs. Nothing major but going to the gym almost everyday isn't helping and I was browsing around trying to find the right pill to take.

Hi I started taking Phentermine 37 5 last night had the energy you were talking about and more I couldnt fall a sleep last it kept me up 3/4 of the night has anyone else had this problem wondering if I should cut the pill in half now or just keep taking the whole thing

i wanna know if you urinate alot on phentermine?? I have been taking this for a while so i dont get the dry mouth anymore...but I still pee alot without drinking alot of water...please ...tell me if you have the same affect?

Thanks. Thats another thing I was concerned about was if all my old eating habits will come back once Im off the pill. I am trying to get my body in the habit of eating small portions, and not so often. So that makes me feel better that you said you are able to continue eating those small portions. This videos you do are extremely helpful, thank you so much for helping us all out.

I really like that you make these videos, I am also taking phentermine and have been for about 8 days. I weighed 158 to start out with and am hoping to get to like 130. ive lost about 8 lbs. I did notice everything you did, like the dry mouth, which is annoying, but tolerable, I also have a lot more energy and never feel hungry which I love. I used to be hungry all the time, and would have to eat like every two hours, but I could go all day w/out eating now. But good luck on your weight lose.

Congrats heather on your loss and on your journey to your ideal weight.

I'm currently on a break from the phen., so I'm SO missing the lack of hunger. :-) Fortunately my meals are still pretty small since I was able to shrink my stomach by eating only small portions while on the pill.

Learn all you can about your eating habits while on the Phen. and you'll never gain the weight back after you're off. Thanks for your comment, Ashley

Hi Ashley, I started on Phentermine last week, but I was taking some left over that I had. Am going to the Dr. to see if he sends me a lower mg dose. I've taking 37.5mg the blue and white tablets. I was thinking about the 30mg capsules insead, because am feeling a lot of side effects that I didn't feel before. I've been on Phentermine for year on and off. Your body gets use to Phentermine after 3 or 4 months and it stops working...

I'm sure your Dr. will have no prob. lowering your dose if the higher ones are making you ill. I totally know what you mean about your body getting used to the pill. Mine is slowly, but surely slowing down since I've been on Phen. since June or July...I can never remember. My Dr. may take me off for 30 days to see if that'll help kick start the pill again.

What kind of reaction do you fear you'll have? I can't remember reading anything regarding a skin side effect, but I could have forgotten too. Did you read something about it? Always consult a doctor if you have any underlying health issues.

@ashleydjr73 WELL..IM NOT SURE, BUT A FRIEND OF MIND HAS SEND ME TWO HER PILLZ AND TOLD ME TO TAKE THE FIRST ONE ASA WHOLE ONE TO GET THE KICK OF THE ENERGY, AND CUT THE SECOND ONE IN HALF SO IT COULD LAST ME 3 DAYS...I DON'T HAVE MY DR. APPOINTMENT UNTIL FEB 4..SO HOPEFULLY I GET IT, AND IF I DO, MY PILLZ MAY ONLY COST ME 11 BUCKS AT WALMART..

No not really. I try to eat less than what I used to eat rather than worrying so much about what I'm eating. Of course probably most people could do with increasing their fruits and veggies, but the amount of food we eat is what REALLY hurts our weight. I pay attention to what I eat enough not to mindlessly consume a bunch of empty calories, but other than that, I pretty much eat what I want--just MUCH less of it. :-)

Not totally. If you stopped eating completely then eventually your body would stop losing weight because it's starving. Even if you continued to lose weight, you'd be starving to death like someone who suffers from anorexia.

Right now, since you don't have your own pills to use (so you have to make 2 pills last), you're probably so focused on food that you can't think of anything else. Relax, drink lots of water and eat if you're hungry, just not too much. Good luck!

Where did you purchase your pills?  I ordered online and I am now waiting for my order.

I received a prescription from my doctor and then picked up my pills at Walmart. For a 30 day supply I paid less than $30. I had thought about ordering online, but the prices were so much higher than I wanted to pay, and buying Phentermine w/out a prescript. is supposed to be illegal in the US.

I've also heard some horror stories about online purchasing of this drug, so I SO hope yours comes in! Let me know how you do on the drug!

That's awesome, jbhiggins00! That's absolutely why I decided to do my vlog. Before I started the pill I wanted to hear how it worked for others and be able to follow their progress, so I searched Youtube for phentermine videos. They helped me to get excited about starting the pill too.
