Dude you are teh win! I would almost play the game almost soloy geared toward getting this wonder just to hear the music.

Also thanks for putting the others up! I still think these were the best wonder completion vids. The vids for Civ 4 were cool but didn't give me goosebumps.

It means any improvement that normally costs one gold per turn doesn't cost anything at all... basically you can build temples and libraries without increasing your expenditures.
