Iggy isn't a great 3pt shooter, though he can hit it at times, so that's why he took some steps inside. also to take a few secs off the clock. the last second depends on the personnel and strategy. if the team has clutch 3pt shooters, you use them. the sixers aren't a great 3pt shooting team so they stepped inside.
