daniel (eric mabius) is not going to be a regular on season 3. he is only going to be on guest starring roles because they are moving their location to NY. and eric has a family and everything so he is only going to fly to NY for a few scenes. sad...i know:( and thats why i think they left it like that wit him gone wit mode...

Two reasons for Gio.

1) She's not wearing the ring.

2) If she moved to Tuscon, that'd be the end of the show.

The only way Henry gets her is if Henry moves back and he only comes if his baby comes which seems unlikely as Charlie isn't coming. So I guess that's three reasons for Gio. :D
