@AskWlat I think they indirectly encourage all of the female on-camera meteorologists to be as sexy as possible. I would bet that the management at TWC monitors the fan mail, and keeps track of which of the ladies are pleasing the men in the viewing audience. The women who get the least fan mail probably the the boot eventually. Let that be a warning to the more prudish women, like Heather Tesch and Kim Cunningham

@Hero3128 Kim Cunningham prudish??? You know not what you speak of my friend. When TWC introduced the bar at the bottom of the screen she stopped wearing skirts and ended up wearing lower cut tops than most of them. Then, when they removed the bar and went to full bodied shots she returned to shorter skirts than most of them wear. Not to mention as much bad press as TWC got over Hilary Andrews leaving over sexual harassment I doubt they would dare fire someone over their sex appeal.

@Hero3128 Yes you do lol. When I was in high school I nicknamed her the queen of the mini skirt because she would constantly wear skirts so short that no matter how close she stood to the camera you still saw her legs. That stopped with the bar at the bottom of the screen, so she made up for this with a few low cut tops here and there. Now that the full bodied shots are back, she's wearing shorter and shorter skirts and a few "f--- me" boots.

@Hero3128 I actually think she's in her early 50s now. I'm not sure, but she has said numerous times that her interest in weather began during the super outbreak of 1974. So if we assume that the youngest she could have been was say 5 years old then she'd have to be in her early 50s now. She has aged very well, taken care of herself, and I think (not sure, and I'm not insulting her by saying this since I see no problem with it) had a little cosmetic work done in the last few years.

@CombatSportFan Bet TWC offered the services of a fashion consultant to the on camera meteorologists. Kelly Cass, Jen Carfagno, and Stephanie Abrams probably availed themselves of those services.

@Hero3128 Eh, I doubt it really. Stephanie's style hasn't changed that much at all. I honestly think the women felt there was no need in wearing skirts if their legs never showed up on camera, and now that they are doing full bodied shots again it is encouraging for them to wear skirts again.
