@BrothT3 You musn't think of Parkour like it is only about jumping and running from roof to roof. There are plenty of exercises you are able to do on the ground, and you cando lots of strength exercises as well

@ImJustaBitDifferent - It's free running, the branch off of parkour. It is finding your own way, opposed to just A to B.

Free running and parkour are the same in spirit, but split between points of pure efficiency, almost martial, and having fun, doing tricks, doing it your way.

And trust me, if you practice the jump with the flip more often than naught, then you will probably actually execute the flip when you do the same jump.

Parkour is the race, Free running is the trick run.
