i love the fact that these new intros could have simply been a blue HD screen with a flying logo on it, each one showcases the city they're in a different way. KDKA for example has like 12 different openings.
These O&O opens suck! They all look the same except for the shots of the different cities, they suck. I first saw this shit in July here in Chicago and I was like WTF is this shit! Go back to the openings before this crap!
@xxxWarriorGoddessxxx I agree! Why are they taking the identity away from all of their stations. I know it's cbs, but I'm watching the news of my hometown, so I really don't care! I don't need the damn cbs eye shoved down my throat the entire newscast! Give them back their call letters and their own news packages ... they were doing just fine.
@jerseyman4 I agree. The only good ones are WCBS, WBBM, WFOR, KCBS, AND KTVT. (Epecailly KTVT 11, 'cause they get to keep a little Texas touch in their open and in their logo.)

you left out the former CBS owned-and-operated stations like KEYE in Austin, TX and KFDA in Amarillo, TX, although they use their separate graphics

They should've left KYW, KDKA, KPIX alone (they left WCCO, WBZ, AND WJZ alone thank goodness!)
