Sueing, harassing, stalking, threatening, 'smear campaigning', verbal and physical abuse, damaging property, slander, abusing lawsuits as a mere way to apply pressure on individuals, calling peaceful protesters 'terrorists', and general unlawful disruption (putting aside the documented major crimes like the entire Snow White, fair game, and Lisa McPherson thing)... they dont really sound like handling your issues very well.

But yes, Scientology does initiate legal action as a means of simply applying stress, and to slow down its opponents, rather as a means of bringing resolution to disputes. Though, as an aside, i've never actually had the chance to ask this of a scientologist directly. Being a religion, what exactly is it that you worship? What paranormal/extranormal/etc force or subject is it that scientology is centered around? What are the root issues and taboos, and why are they rooted so solidly enough to support the weight of the title of religion?
I understand the explanation may not fit into a single response box, but multiple (summerised) replies should work.

A personal summary will do.
For example, an individual christian may summerise with :
"We believe in a benevolent incorporeal deity, that when repented to, and its rules followed and its taboos avoided, will allow us to go to a 'good' afterlife, else we go to a 'bad' one. Taboos are homosexuality, questioning gods will, masturbation" etc.
My request is a skeleton summary of scientology as you know it, and its "dos and donts". Your connection to it. A book cant tell me a personal view :)

You told me nothing of scientology that its claim to be a religion didnt already imply. If I ask for a summary of Christianity, replying with "We believe in a god" says next to nothing. If I ask for a summary of Paganism and they say "We believe in a god, sometimes two, sometimes more, sometimes just symbolic ones", that still says very little. And yet these two examples detail far more than what you managed.
It really seems like you're trying to dodge the question. If not, keep going.

A lack of conviction doesnt matter, but the fact a mentally unwell person was left without basic amenities and had someone unqualified put her on medication says a lot more than a legal blip. In the end it was declared 'accidental', but you dont just accidentally slip and forget you're not qualified, prescribe medication, and accidentally forget to give someone water, and accidentally not call a hospital when they go totally unresponsive for a day.

Why are you so reluctant to share basic info about scientology? The only way you can dissuade the anti-scientology people is with an open hand, not a closed fist. I have yet to recieve a real summary from any scientology I have bumped into online, and the reason I keep asking, is to let the other side of the story be aired in your own words; so my passive dislike of scientology isnt a one-sided opinion.
The lack of a real response to such a simple request only makes it look suspicious, wondering why it goes unanswered. It only feeds suspicion.

A tool can be a spiritual think which you can apply. Consider the tool a thought which becomes the key to unlock your mind. When I refer to tool and tech, I language or definitions that I have learned over time. That is why you need the basics first and than move on to OT levels.

SciTols use personal information that people give to coerce them into obliging their wishes. This is a total turnaround from their statement 'confidential' files. All security checking is for SciTol's benefit; not the person paying for the service. People aren't paying for the auditing they want, they are paying to tell SciTol all juicy material that will be used against you if you try to go against them or even disagree. I wonder if people have sued them on breach of confidentiality?

Not just in the study of one another but they also proseletize I have talked with them in the flea market but no more. Note that these are not just simply files. If you look closely, you will see that they are carrying out actual file cabinets drawers (the metal ones). Looks like a quick get-away for some reason. No time to pack! Grab the files and get the hell out of dodge!

Maybe, however I doubt it. Why not take the entire file cabinet? This is odd. Assume for a moment that these files have confidential member information. Seems like a quick and careless way to move them; then again the leadership is not known for their intelligence or ethics.
