cool video but it doesn't exactly prove the point that it takes a long time for cans to decompose. it makes it look like it happens quickly, it'll be gone within two years - only one winter?

@Sifioli Good point. However it's unlikely they had 50 years to film a can decomposing, so some trickery was obviously involved..

The seedling/tree stump is there to give a good indication of time reference I'd say.

That and a 50 year time lapse is gonna be a long video no matter how you cut it =P
