Saw this film last night and like Sweeney Todd, i only really feel i've seen a movie these days unless i've had an intelligent discussion about it after it. As i live in the middle of nowhere, i rely on the good doctor for a one way discourse; nice to see these clips up by the way. Oh, and Eastern Promises: as Mike Myers said in Wayne's World 2, was it really necessary to see so much of the native American Indian's bum? - or words to that effect. In this case, Viggo's.

I saw this film today, I thought it was really interesting. Cronenberg and Mortensen work really well together. I'm doing my Dissertation on David Cronenberg, he's endlessly fascinating.

I haven't seen this film yet but I will definitely see it now. I found myself laughing at History of violence - I didn't buy into the family unit in the film, it all seemed so fake... But I loved Spider, Cronie's previous film.
