Maybe you could check more than just if the lightbulb is screwed in all the way? It is a 75 year old ship that has sailed over 569,000 miles and has had several major refittings. That light bulb socket could be at the end of a very long run, with lots of places where the flow of electricity could possibly threatened by wear, corrosion, or loose connections. The "response" of the light to questions from the people in the video isn't proof of anything.
