  • His Good Habit----one more time, one more time, one more time, one last time, one real last time!

  • Girl has terrible technique

  • NOW THAT WHAT I CALL A MUAY THAI KICK ESPECIALLY A GIRL KICK LIKE THIS I DO GET A FEEL FOR THAT THIS GIRL IS # 1 SO FAR GREAT VIDEO AND A EXCELLENT KICK WITH MUAY THAI POWERRRRRRRRRRRR !

  • such a fantastic ass

  • @masterrasciel

    Nice kick as well?

  • Hmmm..I wonder why he keeps using HER in his videos.. (she is super-HOT though) :)

  • I would risk to receive one of these kicks for grabbing her butt...

  • that is not a real jeet kune do kick. That is more like a style from taekwondo! You think you can fool people. Shame!

  • @mohster2 there is no real jeet kune do. It is a style without a style, you can use whatever is necessary to win or defend yourself.

  • @mohster2

    "real jeet kune do kick"

Ou est la Jeet Kuen-do real?

  • Wow, this chick is good :)

  • @RapHipHop3000

a pretty good kick. as well

  • i love her booty when she thrusts to kick :D

  • nice kick ! IKJT MAASA from philippines ! ^_^

  • That was actually a pretty good kick.

  • Nice power in your kicks in all your vids......You married??? you got man???

  • fucking ads

  • Can someone please explain the snapping technique they always talk about in jkd. Sorry i dont really understand it

  • @HadiElzein1 A Snaping kick I like a whip, u strike fast & relaxed with ur leg and at the very lat point of hitting your target you flick your foot out and strike your opponent & retract ur leg just as fast as you hit, a snapping kick is not a heavy hitting kick like say a Thai kick, it is for fast hitting the target and retracting fast.

It is good for groin shots & striking the joints. It is mostly used as a body shocker where you would hit low & by time they try & counter ur ready to hit high.

  • Why is this labeled Jeet Kune Do if they are showing Muy Thai kicks?

Oh, and yes she is pretty good, but is also pretty slow with the kick and is extremely telegraphic. Every kick she drops her arms. In a competition or real fight after the first kick or two you would know she is about to throw one of those kicks.

  • @SirSpun13 MT is an element of Jun Fan Kickboxing.

  • Gentlemen, show some repsect. Yes, she's attractive, but she's also got some great technique as a maritala rtist. Let's all grow up here and stop behaving like a bunch of immature 13yr olds.

  • @Bladestar7 That's kind of hard when they're all immature 12 year-olds! lol

  • She got a tight butt.

  • I don't see snap in her kicks. Will not try to teach her, but she shoud use more snap o.O

  • @MentallyUnrestricted

Muay Thai round house does not have snap. Power comes from the hip. Karate or Kung Fu round house have the snap. There is a difference.

  • @OhNoPaypal yeah, but Muay Thai kick doesn't follow jkd concepts. I know that "my jkd is not you're jkd"but basic concepts are same for all, right?

btw jkd is not kung fu

  • @MentallyUnrestricted

Then you need to first figure out what he is teaching here. Check his videos, they are all muay thai drills.

  • excellent kicking, but not JKD... too much telegraphing to be used in a real situation. should train it from the front power leg

  • i apologize Sifu. you're style is nice, but i swear it was hard to focus on the technique,LOL, your student's booty is soooooooo bootylicious,OMG,wow,it is soooo nice,OMG!!! she is the sexiest student i've ever seen, and she can fight too, wow, i think i'm in love, LOL!! even Bruce Lee would've admired her "assets" if he saw that,LOL, u know i'm telling the truth Sifu,LOL!!

  • Fuckkk, that ass is distracting meee, i cant focus on the techniques!!!

  • @TheCls63

Lol, that's what learning martial arts can do to a girl.

  • wow, a cute girl who can kick ass...fuckin hott

  • girl from the video, i love you! ! ! ! ...

  • ok guys here is what i searched

JKD - a method of keeping what works for you

Jun Fan JKD - is bruse lees JKD

    JKD is a concept

so start learning instead of hating

  • JKD is a philosophy and not really a instruction how you have to throw your punches, you have to use whats most comfortable and efficient for you.

  • yeah girl, kick his ass!!!

  • According to Dan Inosanto , Thai Boxing is a part of JKD. And he should know.

  • @cosmicdingo

JKD is Bruce Lees art. If it doesnt come from Bruce Lee, its not JKD. If Dan wanna make money from marketing various martial arts as JKD, thats on his concience.

  • @ztawiz Laws of motion belong to Newton. = doesn't mean someone else can't learn and teach

  • @cosmicdingo Western boxing and Thai boxing.

  • jkd techniques are not chambered.and again if you knew jkd you would know this.yes bruce lee said it was not a style,so if it wasn a style why is there a syllabus.and more importantly why does it have on bruce lee grave ' founder of jeet kune do' . jkd is a style and a bruce lee philsophys on martial arts.i think iv proved my point

  • saiga76239mm.what im talking about is this is not jkd.because in jkd you dont deliver rear roundhouse kick, you can,but you dont.because you put your strong side forward, its called the by jon stance.if you knew anyhting you would know this.if you threw a rear roundhouse in jkd even in beginning, its not jkd, because jkd uses strong side forward,

  • yeah this is not jkd.thats a muay thai roundhouse not jkd,and shes in the wrong stance and chambering the kick

  • Sorry but this is Thai Boxing not JKD!

  • @salvatoreJKD JKD uses techniques from Thai boxing

  • @sparwood8 no, is not correct ...fake jkd

  • @sparwood8 JKD was built by Bruce Lee, and uses techniques from many Martial Arts, like Aikido and Kung Fu...actually most of it is Kung Fu

  • @Balazskadar I understand that. I wish there were a few JKD clubs in Vancouver area. I would train at one of them. Every neighborhood has 4-5 karate clubs, and the odd BJJ club. Not much Judo and not one JKD that I know of. ONE Win Chun Kung fu.. and (for me at least) that last two are the best to work at

  • thai box no jkd

  • she's getting tired from that few kicks =='

  • @MrTheang That's because she has to support a lot of sexy ass on those legs.

  • "One really last time." Haha!

  • @ElbowsAndKnees lmao

  • blow left hook

  • queria dar um mata leão nessa gostosa ae!!

bunda mó gostosa cara!! bati uma pra ela!! hauhahaU

  • I love that girl!

  • she has a really nice ass

  • In muay thai, you throw your hand to rotate your body for more momentum on a kick.

  • @cleon415

And that's extremely telegraphic, which is why JKD will beat out Muay Thai.

  • @SirSpun13 I was just answering dude above me's question on why she may be doing tht.Personally tho, i dont think one style can beat out another tho. To me they're 2 very different things anyway. JKD is more a philosophy of doing what you can and doing it fast. Where Muay Thai is a fixed style. The philosophy comes from who's using it imo. U can have someone who wants to be flashy, or u can have someone who wants to get the job done. Muay Thai fighters can get it done. Thts just my opinion tho.

  • @cleon415

That is true that JKD is a philosophy, but in that philosophy it teaches you to get the job done as you said but without letting the opponent know what you're going to do before you do it. I guess that is more of what I meant. I really dislike Muay Thai for its telegraphicness...

  • @SirSpun13 I Totally understand tht.To me it still depends on the person. idk if ur into MMA but look at someone like Anderson Silva. He's a muay thai expert and his striking is disgustingly fast. Kicks included. I think it's all about mastery. But yeah i definitely see where ur coming from.

  • @cleon415 Throwing your hand does nothing more then actually hinder your kick, create bad habits, and acts as a natural stabilizer.

The principle is there sure. But it really does hinder your kick - If you learn to keep your hands up, you're going to find that you're going to be throwing your shoulder into the kick more often.

Muay thai tends to throw the arm back - not for momentum but a means of moving the head out of reach of the opponent. But due to this leaves a massive unprotected target

  • @corvanjer I don't think you ever heard of push/pull? every action has an equal and opposite reaction? My arm swinging is the reaction to the action of me kicking.

Ever see how a samurai swings a katana? You may believe it travels straight, but before contact, the wielder will push his top hand forward, and bring his bottom hand towards himself, i.e push/pull

this helps to create a greater effect in the swing, causing more power in that split second.

So swinging your arm does create power.

  • @Drigoroth It gives the katana a greater effect due to it STABILIZING the sword.

The reaction of your hand is due to your body becoming unbalanced - due to Newtons Law of Motion.

It feels wierd not throwing your hand back - but it does indeed increase your power due to a more body being thrown into it (ie shoulders / upper torso). Throwing your hands is a bad habit. Osu!

You getter a much greater range of motion with much more body mass if you don't throw the arm back - Try it out yourself ^_^.

  • @corvanjer Also, if it matters, I practice Kung Fu.

  • maybe its how she maintains her balance

  • yeah, it's a twofold technique, really. generally you shouldn't drop your guard like that as it creates more openings for the opponent, but if you have a striking opportunity, dropping your arm allows you to follow through with more momentum, and thus more power. again, sort of a risk if you fight someone who knows what they're doing haha

  • what a waste energy doing that double kick . easily lose balance if someone try to take you down. one good strong kick putting everything in it is way to go imo.

  • If you ever watched a video of GSP training you'll see that same double round kick.

  • not if she was snaping her knee...which she wasn't. Your right the way she was kicking. But if snapping it would have been much faster and more coordinated.

  • ...but also not as powerful. a kick with the center of power at the hip is always stronger than one from the knee. not saying i don't agree with your statement, but the way she kicks isn't wrong, it's just a different technique.

  • whats with the spinny fists?

  • you shouldt b abel to tell when they will throw a kick apunch or grab in in a JKD stance but the way she moves makes it clearly a kick will come, not to sound like an asshole but just try 2 chek if something is wrong before putting it on youtube or u might something wrong that might get some ppl fuckt up

  • nice,,, this helps me... thank you

  • i hear that axe commercial one more time!!!

  • Hey dreadlock, you're holding the Thai pad wrong.

  • Funny. I thought this was a tutorial on Shin techniques, not Thai pad holding techniques.

  • Yeah, it is but if it was the other way round and he was throwing the kick the pads would fly up into her face holding it like that, he should be setting the example.

  • She kicks ok but telegraphs when she gonna throw it by half stepping.Other than that she kicks pretty good. Now the only problem is there was no thai kick in JKD, Dan added that kick because he thought it was the most powerful of all the kicks. Bruce felt the side kick was the most powerful. He didn't like the roundhouse because it exposed the centerline and was easily countered. He did like their elbows and knees though.

  • wow. a girl that can kick like that is just extremely hot . im in love.

    XD

  • she can kick me any day. . . maybe that would probly hurt though

  • Dan Inosanto is garbage? Flush out your headgear, wankuh. He trained with Lee more than onyone including Joe Lewis and Mike Stone.

  • not more than taky bruce said taky was his best and most trusted assistant instructor next was james yimm lee and last was dan and i never said dan was garbage i said most of the people certified under him are

  • gutsberserk99jkd,

    One question...

Would you call Jerry Poteet, Ted Wong, Larry Hartsel, Paul Vunak garbage?

Believe it or not all of those and many more were certified by Guru Dan.

He was their Sifu in Chinatown while Bruce was living in Hong Kong.

  • i would call paul vunak garbage jerry poteet ive heard alot of things about him lying about his training and an original bruce lee student confirmed it so im pretty close to saying he's garbage to ted wong was not certified by dan he was certified by bruce and larry hartsel is just kinda there

  • Sorry, but Ted Wong was not Instructor certified by Bruce. He was "certified" but not as an instructor; there were only three, Taky Kimura, James Lee, and Dan Inosanto.

And lastly, before you insult me with homophobic nonsense, deciding who's garbage and not would, in a sense, be crystallizing JKD. And that's what Bruce wanted? Right...

  • true he was not certified as an assistant instructor but he was lees private student and trained with him almost if not more than dan himself why cause lee was molding him to be his protege along with bob bremer now i train with bremer himself thats my sifu and he let me know all that and truthfully i trust bob over dan any day dans done a lot of suspect things

and so has alot of people certified under him

  • What are you arguing about? Bob Bremer? I remember him, he's gotta be what...74 or 75 now and he still trains? Last I remember(1980's) he had retired and was living in Alhambra and only taught a few close friends at home. So how are you related to him? Secondly, Taky and James(both R.I.P.) were Bruce's original students then Dan and Dan Lee then later Ted Wong. Each one reflects where Bruce was in his progression of JKD. That's why they differ slightly. Ted trained during the last years of Bruce.

  • Now, Jerry Poteet trained mid 60's with Bruce then later with Dan at the Academy. He's certified along with Dan Lee and Ted Wong(both by Bruce).Others include Bob Ward, Seph Lamong,Tim Tackett,Larry Hartsell(R.I.P.), Richard Bustillo,Pete Jacobs, Steve Golden, Richard Lee and Chris and some others but those are who I remember.Dan has gone pretty much off the deep end. Tim, Jerry and Ted have pretty much stuck to JKD principles while Dan concentrates more on the Filipino arts. None are garbage.

  • How many years of experience does the girl have?

I want to be like that too, but I want to know how long it takes.

  • First off, watching that as a thai boxer myself, I can honestly tell you that I suspect she's trained in Muay thai herself at some point.

She kicks too smooth and technical for someone who isn't a thai boxer to teach.

  • JKD students all train in various techniques from various disciplines, including Muay Thai. It's no big surprise.

  • Dude, try performing the kick with power and look, your guard would go down. If you want to keep your guard up, then practice doing it until you perfect it and get used to it. My teacher told me that as well, it's a good practice though. She really has a fine ass man. As bruce lee once quote "if you practice put all your effort into it, as if you're throwing all you best (100%) to a real person...but don't forget to practice with a real person, 'coz a real person would strike back..."

  • she has a nice butt

  • nice thighs and legs 2

  • it has rhythm

  • Please take down bruce's poster from the wall and change the name to muy thai. Bruce would roll over in his grave if he saw this!

  • but billybob how else is this no-name salesman gona get people to look at his videos. If he stands in front of a Bruce Lee poster, some might think that this "Jeet Kune Do teacher" knows what he is talking about. Not to worry, after a long wait, I can now talk about how some visits are in the works. Then you can watch JKD videos without all the fakes and money grubbing thieves.

  • i have to agree with you here buddy this guy is garbage as are most of the people certified under dan inosanto

  • aite so basically who is good besides tomy caruthers

  • tommy carruthers he's good but theres tim tackett bob bremer ted wong jerry poteet lamar davis jeremy lynch jimi heys dave carnell octavio quintero dennis blue yori nakamura just to name a few dont forget about bruce lee himself

  • bruce certified 2 ppl rite or 3 but 1 guy died so if alot of ppl under inosanto suck than r the good ppl under takamura or wat ever his name is

  • it depends if they trained with dan in the late 60s to 70s then no there not garbage im talking about now that he's teaching concepts most of the people i mentioned trained with inosanto and got permission from him to teach however this was right after bruce lee died

  • Yori is certified under Dan. Thought I'd make a point.

  • i know thats why i mentioned him he's one of the few the rest are pretty much garbage and nonsense yori teaches jun fan jkd not concepts concepts is nonsense thats the point i was trying to make my friend

  • Damn she's fast

  • A rear Leg (S-D-A) with the shin, passed off as JKD!? Get your money back:)

  • Shes PRO as hahahaha

  • good basics bro!

  • no form is ever perfect because perfection never comes in a form

  • one of the top mma fighters is black. so what's race have to do with it. don't be such a racist moron.

  • she kicks hard for a girl.... but watch her right hand.....it always goes down before she kicks....too predictable....and i'm not never into martial arts, at all.

  • You are very observant. The reason why her right hand drops when she kicks is because she is trying to generate more energy into her kick from her hip.

  • But my karate teacher told me not to put my guard down when I do a kick... (Kyokushinkai)

  • thats how you throw your weight into a kick so it hurts the person you are kicking

  • I use Muay Thai. It's in my opinion the best kickboxing out there. But it has it's flaws like everything else. Boxing is great but it has flaws also.

MMA is great, but it has flaws also.

Listen I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything. I made a comment to some racist jackass a while back and you reply to me trying to defend this jerk. What a joke.

Thanks for the fun. Gotta go do some armchair training.lol

P.S. Who is regarded as the father of MMA by UFC's Dana White? look it up.

  • Help me out man.

I looked for the Dana White thing and had no luck.

Who does he regard as the father of MMA?

Bruce Lee? That's my guess but it seems too obvious in light of these threads...

  • You got it. google it.

  • I don't agree with the diragatory statement, but, I agree that the techniques are crap and don't work in real combat. People make all these crazy techniques but we see what really works in mma and muay thai. If it works, muay thai will use it.

  • Kudos for the good demonstraiton but she exadurates the foot movement when ya getting ready to kick, quite anoying i must say lol

  • she is gud :)

  • Wow Rodneymckay you sound just like an MMA armchair fighter. What's with the hate? Not enough attention as a child?

Any ignorant comment such as yours clearly has to be some kind of a joke because I know you can't be serious.

  • Funny that you claim he is an armchair fighter. He is saying this doesn't work and you swear it works. Where's your credibility? He's questioning the effectiveness and you call him stupid. If you really knew it worked you would have a different attitude. Isn't it the jkd way to question all techniques? It is clear to me who is the armchair fighter.

  • JKD is a method based on human combat science. What works for you may not work for me. If you get all your techniques from MMA and Muay Thai, that's your problem, but don't tell me that's how it is in real life because you know that's not how it goes.

That guy was a moron and he got his account closed for making dumb comments like that one. And if you agree with him, well then good luck to ya.

    UFC=Sport Muay Thai=Sport

    Street Combat=Life and Death

    You're comparing apples to oranges.

  • Yeah, and muay thai isn't based on science and "real" techniques that are effective on a "real" person. I find it funny that an art that doesn't have any practical application or sport base to test it's theories is full of a bunch of "real" experts like you. I've done ametuer boxing and smokers muay thai. I do have a valid opinion on real combat. You guys are a bunch on armchair warriors telling real fighters what to do.

  • Dont hate on what you see. These are free tips, not everything comes for free. And youre not going to acquire these techniques unless you actually train. I bet you cant even move as fast as this guy. I can kick higher and faster than that girl, but that dude is pretty fast.

  • a women can't do this...is weird!

  • This guy really needs to stop using JKD in his videos. How the hell did this guy get all over Youtube. Some guy taught him Muay Thai and told him it was JKD? Looks like he's another "paper sifu" to me. Disgusting.

  • it's telegraphic go back to start!

  • XD "one last time...one last time...one REALLY last time"

    my teacher does that too!

  • If you trully beleive that Inosanto teaches passive moves then you surely know NOTHING about the phillipino arts. "A couple of seminars" is not enough to understand the first thing about what you're talking about. What's next, Larry Hartsell was a fraud too because he chose to concentrate on the ground aspect of JKD? lol

I won't even try to change your mind because it has already been made up, but please do speak such none sense...

  • Sorry Jimi but Bruce disected Muay Thai. Look it up in Commentaries on the martial way. I'd give you the page number but I can't remember it right now.

    Nice try though.

  • Thanks.

  • "Now staying in the Thai Boxing mode so to speak for a second".

What the funk is this guy doing Bruce Lee never did Muay Thai, nor would a genuine JKD player use a rear hook kick as a S-D-A in a real fight, you'd just get obstructed by the shin attack or kicked in the bollocks by the lead pendulum front rising kick. This is poorly done Muay Thai and most definately is not JKD! Enough said.

  • Bruce was aware of Muay Thai, Dan Inosanto even commented that he probably wasn't praticing it as a master would, but he got the concepts down and as JKDLIFER said disected it and made it his own... As he did everything in the martial arts, hense Jeet Kune Do.

  • Thanks I'll take Inosanto's word for that. Ummmm....Just like JKDLIFER UNWITINGLY HAS.Lol.

  • Please don't take my word or anyone elses for that matter. It's in the commentaries on the martial way in Bruce's words. I never mentioned Inosanto by the way.

Bruce never had the chance to study Muay Thai but who knows if he did what would have happened.

I find it amusing that you continuously trash one of Bruce's best friends and one of the few people chosen to carry on the JKD teachings at every opportunity.

Even Bruce suffers the same fate to this day...

  • You say I trash Guru Inosanto, let me therefore make it plain and clear for your edification, Inosanto is an excellent martial artist and a leading authority on Philipino indigenous arts and I've trained on a few occasions with him in seminar format. Now I hope that's clear. My point is that I don't think he is teaching Lee's JKD OR AN EFFICIENT AS POSSIBLE SINGLE FIGHTING METHOD. There's simply more money in networking with other Sifu's and pyramid selling. There are passive moves in his stuff.

  • And these passive moves don't need to be there and if you wan't me to believe that Lee embraced traditional systems (and yes I have read the commentaries book)other than to research them then I'm sorry dude but your on a hiding to nothing.

  • Good biomechanics, the arm swinging back

    helps to generate power.

  • i thought her hands were amazing, left jab then right hand out then swung back with the kick, other hand at the temple, it seems easy but its not, especially after a long training session

  • got power, hands are all over the place tho!

  • Not really, she's pumping her arm back to generate more power in the kick. It's quite deliberate and she's doing it well.

  • at first glance i tho it was random flailing. your right, and she's pretty damn good.

  • holy shit taht girl can kick.

  • That is not JKD it is Muay thai

  • "And one really last time"...

Oh my goodness... am I the only one that found that SOOOO funny??? lol...

  • i was luahging too haha

  • jeet kun do is a mix of all fighting style

  • thats jeet kune do?

  • nice ass on that chick ha!

  • shes so hot.. i'd let her kick me...

  • Not my type and she's wearing a man's shirt. Not attractive. I'm sure she is a great person but she is lacking feminine influence.

  • lol, i dont know why i 'm laughing so much now.

  • come on man she's really cute and hot, and looks great on those thight pants :P, altough it's your taste what counts, now that i think of it there are more comments on that girl that about the shin kick XD.

  • She is good, swings her left arm before she kicks with the right.

  • There are more styles that use shin kicking techniques, karate for example. Be open to different styles and learn a little.

  • one really last time

  • lol one really last time

  • dont wana mess with her o.O

  • i love it when people on youtube post comments and all of a sudden there experts on everything ahahahah soo funny

  • r u crazy if u really use dat u or someone could break your leg in half. gosh learn some common sense lol jk jk but u cant break your leg

  • I started bobbing to the beat :P

  • She is dropping her front hand which is bad. Her kick looks good and strong but I prefer to roll the hip over and follow it through rather than staying square with my opponent. You get more power and penetration that way.

  • im just reading tht comment in the sex context lmao

  • damn!!! 65000videos!
