  • PTV used to have the best dramas, & the best mini series. I remember that from my teenage years when we used to wait eagery for the pakistani dramas. I still keep going back to watching them, instead of the new ones from the world over.

  • Beautiful people beautiful 70s

    nothing left now

  • May Allah Bless Moin Akhtar with Jannatt!! He was such a talented actor!! :(

  • Great upload!

  • wow. thanks mate

  • this video is best i like it :D

  • I Agree with PrineAli85 100%

  • PTV was indeed the best. Everybody else put together still can't compete with what PTV accomplished in the past.

  • You are right. It WAS not IS. Other channels have left it far behind because PTV is stuck in the past and has become governments mouthpiece.

  • Well, PTV has always been the "official" voice of the Pakistani government and we can't really blame them for that since they have always been sponsored by the government. I am not talking about their political statements.

  • @princeali85 although they did charge license fees regardless of whether you supported the party in power or not.

  • I am talking about the arts such as good and quality TV dramas and other family programs. The writers, producers, directors, technical assistants, and the actors were all the best of the best and they produced some of the best things which are still liked and remembered today. None of the dozens of private channels can still rival what PTV did in the past. All you see today is just fame, money, glamour, big houses, big cars, shiny clothes, tall buildings, and European cities.

  • Today, it has become so bad that people who write up the credits and titles, can't even write Urdu properly.

  • wow superb clips...but can anyone tell me.where are these "Dhool Sipahiya" these day..why people are saying now.."Chacha Wardi Lahnda kion nai" .. irfan, Spain

  • Thanks for posting such precious video clips they bring back many lovely memories to mind.
