  • I contacted the email address that was listed on my Droid X by your program ( support at wavesecure tot com ) , how could I have known any where else to go, that's all the info was there and emailed that address 6 times. Problem is now solved with the email I got telling what to do, but it should have been on day one.

  • I don't know how good this program is but their support sucks royal. I downloaded it in my Droid x and just wanted to look at it so I filled out my tele , email and a friends number which I got wrong and no pin. When I shut the phone off then on it locked me out. I have no pin, my friends number doesn't work and when I log on to their site it doesn't recognize me. For 3 days I have emailed support and called them with no answer and I have useless Droid x I can't use. They are the lowest.

    Also, activating WaveSecure requires you to set up a 6-digit PIN and assigning a buddy number. If you need to reset your PIN, you can visit our website to do so if you have indicated an email upon registration. Thank you!
