@bby6811 Liquid eyeliner really? When you apply it tug the corner of your eye and apply from the inner to outter part of your lid. If you make a mistake, use a q-tip to clean the line until you have mastered the skill :)

I like using the AVON or Almay liquid eyeliner because the point is not completely stiff.
