@DANDREDA1 Uhhh, what? Dick Butkus, Lawrence Taylor, Mike Singletary, Jack Lambert, Jack Ham, and Sam Huff are a just a few I would put ahead of Willis. Don't get me wrong, Willis is a beast, but all those other linebackers put up great numbers over a much longer period of time. If Willis keeps playing like he is for another 7-10 years, then you can put him in that category.

Family IS important. Bottom line. And if he was not a Great athlete he would be Great at something else, because he had a stable family environment after the couple took them all in. I do not ever want to see another racist comment about "thugs"and so on. Which is just 'coward code' for labeling black men. Because truth be told, with out the structure of a loving family environment he would be menace to society, JUST LIKE ANY OF US WOULD BE, regardless of color. Family is VERY important.

Question: Why does Michael Oher get a movie made about his life, just because he was "adopted by two white people." But yet, another NFL star, who is another Ole Miss alumni, and is a better player than Oher, comes from the same scenario where the people who took him and his family in were not rich and they didn't take one in, they took in four!!! What the hell?

Holly Wood likes to give the impression that life is sweeter or worser than you can ever imagine. They feed the sterotypes of race and add more fuel to the fire of controversal situations. That movie gives the impression that only white people can change and make a difference. It was not about what M.Oher did, its about what the white female did for him. P.Willis story would be different in a way that make the viewers feel less sympathetic for a strong young black male.
