There is a lot of resources and evidence that demonstrate me that all the improvement I can make is by doing 3 things: being responsible, have commitment and take action with urgency. And the surprise is that no matter how I improve there is more to be improve. That's why I need the refugee and guidance of Allah; to have balance between taking action to improve and being perfectionist.
@airoba Masha'Allah you have hit the nail on the head. Sometimes trying to perfect things cripples you. They say the solution is to accept a completed job at 80% rather an uncompleted job because you demand 100% or nothing. It's also interesting that the early Muslims would pray to Allah for assitance even if they had the ability to complete the task! Thanks for watching and hope to hear more from you. wasalam
