The whole Alpha/Church thing is confusing, but here's what I can tell.

All the AIs were parts of Alpha broken up into sections and put into freelancers (Delta was Logic, Epsilon was anger I think) but then the alpha got killed, along with all the other AIs apart from Epsilon. So now the only remaining part of Church is Epsilon and The ORIGINAL, older Church, the former Director. Hard to think of anyone apart form the Alpha version of Church as Church for me >:( Feels more like he's the original.

@HazzaChannel umm the lore is freelancer project got 1 ai so they fragmented the ai into smaller peices of the ai. Alpha is the original and Epsilon is the memory (thats the only ai important for the story now atm) So Cabooose is telling it what has happened in red vs blue so basically it will be church since it remembers everything church did
