  • Its Daryll Hall and Terre Roche on the album.

  • @Snoman663 et al:

... and Peter Hammill. On this track (I may not have...) the male vocal is by Peter Hammill. Daryl Hall would need some serious violence done to his vocal cords and larynx to sound anything like this. Even their falsetto singing sounds totally different. Check out North Star on this same album - that's Daryl Hall.

  • "[conspiracy income tax mail fraud investigation]" BUSTED! OccupyFripp'tronix!

  • bad sound

  • Brilliant vocal performance from Peter Hammill.........Great album!

  • @barry9949 Peter Hammill? I thought it was Daryll Hall vocal on this track? I no longer have the album to check my facts but Hall was deffo a contributer. LOve it still and have to find it again.

  • @fredzbassist

You are correct!. It's Daryll Hall on this.

  • @MikeBatard Sorry fella that is the great Hammill crooning on this track. The female singer is Terre Roche. Very good and diverse album.

  • This stuff freaked me out back in ~ '82 when I heard it for the first time. I like scary music.

  • @IwanttoliveinParis I'm with you! I was totally freaked and was shaking by the time I finished the album when I heard it for the first time in 1982. But this album is fantastic. There's nothing like it. Very underrated.

  • Ahhhh... Complete with original vinyl cracklage from the record. Just the way I like it!

  • 1:32 - "I've had it with dismal, pathetic chord sequences." LOL!

I haven't heard this in years. I'd forgotten how humorous this is.

  • i like fripps colaberation with pete hammill ,goes all the way back to pawn hearts.tried to go see fripps antitour at madame wongs but got busted for dui on the way.in my brand new 79 rx7 took about four red devils and i was pretty high. good they got me off the road but i didnt learn my lesson cause i wound up totaling the car on the santamonica frwy later that year after drinking about a fifth of bourbon. another dui but they lost the records in court and had to cut me loose now im sober TG.

  • This is "Haaden Two", not "I May Not...".

  • "If you know you have an unpleasant nature and dislike people, this is no obstacle to work."

Wouldn't it be a relief if the next time you applied for a job, the hiring person told you this upfront?

  • @msbfd Nice to know I'm not the only person that thinks this would be a great thing to hear from an HR manager.

  • This and a lot of acid convinced me . . . .
