  • anyone else noted that no matter how the camera turns its view you always watch the city? i know it's a SNES game and i love this game too, but when i was little i never realized that fact

  • @sagardi A very astute observation! well done sir.

  • anyone else find it odd that everything seems to take only one or two hits to die?

  • i love this game soundtrack <3

  • another 10 more years we all don`t have to use cars anymore... because we all can fly

  • this good is hella good

  • I didn't realize we were only ten years away from neon cities and floating surfboards ;P Neon Night Riders will be a fun future.

  • LMFAO @ 4:02 !!!!

  • so, just 10 years from now we'll skate hover boards on floating highways with gaps in them for no reason.

  • Did you flip off Krang with your kick at 4:11?

  • i liked leatherhead as a boss.. he was somewhat challenging, but not enough that i couldnt consistently beat him.

i always thought the futuristic city was epic.

  • That leatherhead was some boss. classic !!!

  • music from Neon Night Riders sounds like it belongs in an 80s movie

  • the croc always beats me D:

  • best version of all, just look at that screen shaKE WHEN U SLAM THOSE FOOT!

  • The music from the train stage sounds a lot like a riff from The Mexican by Babe Ruth. Look it up now and see for yourself.

  • They sound nothing alike

  • Not the leading riff of the Mexican - like if you search "babe ruth mexican" and listen to the part that starts at around 3:33 in the first video that pops up, and then compare it to the start of the TMNT stage music.

  • Ohhh ok you're right there are some similarities.

  • Question.... What's that robot/huge human cybotg thing krang is living in called again. I don't if I simply forgot or if that guy really doesn't have a name...

  • but still, if they had this version for sale on xbox live, i would buy it too. have the console and remade arcade version? i think it would be worth it

  • i wish i had this game... to own.... they rarely had this game on sale in memphis. so i stuck with renting it at blockbuster. i remember trying to send another game in instead of givin it back. they called my mom... they didnt like that much!

  • There's always Amazon and Ebay ;)

  • 7:03 i was wonderin when u wre gonna get that lol

  • Raph is my favorite too :)

  • A very good homage to F Zero, that Neon stage is.

  • It just uses the same AWESOME Mode 7 technology that the SNES is capable of. Still, I love that stage. :]

  • shoulder-thrusting, drop-kicking, roflstomping good time

  • i love this game so much

  • tudls suk

  • is there an attack combo that keeps them locked down?

  • holy crap you just embarrassed Leatherhead

  • lmfao spaz attack at 3:00 to 3:18

  • so much fun, so much wasted time ;)

  • I used to play this all the time!! It was a really great game, & one of the best for its time. My fave music/level was the racing on highway scene (the mode 7 one). I'm faving just for that level.

I can see some of the tunes of this game be taken up by somebody & upgraded/remixed by a professional-I bet it would be good listen! :) :) Or heck RE

MAKING the entire game with today's new technology :)

  • all games back then had kick ass music. even the worst games. nowadays, they dont care..

  • Oh yeah when I bought Twilight Princess I beat in now time so I pulled out my SNES and loaded up A link to the past Fun times

  • i loved donkey kong country 2 music so much and ristar, the composers should get a medal.

  • old school but funny I still play this on my nsn aka super nintindo

  • ftw

  • the music is so amazing in this game

really captures each of the levels

  • 100% agree with you there :D

  • so sad back then

  • I understand what youre saying, but dont forget that this was a 16 bit port where most games barely reached 2 megs of memory limits. I'd say this was a very successful port for the snes. Its a beautiful looking game with non stop classic beatem up action. Same goes for Street Fighter 2 games and Mortal Kombat. Those ports also suffered a little because of memory limits, but you take those with a grain of salt. And to be honest, it tasted just as good without the salt if you know what i mean. ;)

  • LAZY!?

They tweaked the controls, balanced the difficulty, added a new level, two new bosses, used the system's mode 7 effects, removed some of the crappy voices, and redubbed others and essentially made the game better than the arcade version.

Yeah, that Konami. They sure are lazy.

  • I always wished that Leatherhead would have fallen of the car in any different way than that lol.

  • gameplay at it best

  • Gotta love the boss music.

  • this game has 10 points in graphics, sound and play

    .ahhh old times XD

  • ahhh memorys, BTW the music on the western lvl was so awsome, went with the gameplay perfectly almost like a music video.

  • but metal warriors speed run?

  • wheres part 4?

  • good times
