Probably the best recipe I've come across and this is the recipe I would endorse
in preference to all others I've come across.....really authentic, the way a good restaurant chef would cook it for you.... well done Lin-Liu, am impressed.
The chillis used are fine by me and I personally prefer cashews to peanuts anyway.
total interpretation. Sorry, but that many chilis PLUS ground chili would be so spicy, it would be inedible to most people (I only put 2-3 whole chilis and no ground and it's just on the edge of too much for me). Also, peanuts are more authentic to kung pow (or "Mandarin Chicken", as it was originally named) . Cashews are a very soft nut and made even mushier cooking in the sauce for any period of time (I fry peanuts, instead, and toss them in just before serving)
Best Gong Bao Ji Ding I've seen made online. Nicely done.
As for the video... Make it longer, showing all steps (explain it should be dried chili, preferably xihuan chillies, show cutting it all up, without skipping around). You have 10 minutes on youtube, use it. People can skip around themselves. End with a list of ingredients, also put them in the info.

Shouldn't this dish be with peanuts, instead of cashews? I've never eaten it with cashew nuts, living 5+ years in China.

try showing the ingredients on screen as well as the product so people can see what they are looking for.
maybe better lighting, and better camera angles. but other then that its fine.
