I love this! Thanks for posting it. And thanks for the nice review of the way I interpreted Sting's "Until." I do have a cd "Sandy Merrill - Live & Alive" at cdbaby. There is a song I'd like you to hear called "Old Violins," which I wrote ... give it a listen. sansong443@aol and again thanks.

  • You ply Scarlatti as if you were Scarlatti.Bravo!!!!!!!!

  • good playing. I would suggest that you work on your character. You have a face that can express emotions. use it!

  • Nice playing!

It's time to raise your action a bit.

    Ther tone will improve

  • you're joking man, its a mile high as it is!

  • Oh what disparaging comments, with just a little hint of compliment at the end. I thought this was sound, and displayed excellent left-hand technique. I await in anticipation for your video of this challenging piece...

  • I really don't think high action is a good idea in pieces like this. A bright, crisp tone suits this sonata which is a gigue. I believe Starling that his action is high enough and find his emphasis on the clean rhythm in the scalar runs to be satisfying in and of itself.

  • fuck you

  • @starlinginspector probably the mic you used :)

  • whose arrangement is this?

  • Thank you for playing this Scarlatti Sonata.

  • complimenti!
