@SebaChannel i have the live in budokan dvd and in the bonus material he explains.. he has lots of pedals on the floor which he changes his effects with.. the only thing that's on the keyboard is a master volumen that control the volume of every single instrument.. like at the moment of a keyboar solo he lowers the other instruments for the keyboard to sound higher... but rest is lots of pedals :P hope i cleared our doubts

He has another external card for his earpiece to which he controls the volume of every instrument coming to his earpiece,he does his own mixing in the sound he hears from his monitors.

@SebaChannel His pedals consist of a pedal which changes the sounds, a sustain pedal, a volume pedal which adds a wah-wah effect, and maybe one more, whose function I don't recall. There is a duplicate setup of all these pedals at a right angle to each other, so that when he rotates the rig 90 degrees, he has access to all of these controlling pedals.

He said that part of the Japanese culture is listening to ceremonies respectfully, and giving their respect at the end. Yelling during the song would prevent people from hearing what they paid for. It's apparently kind of intimidating for American bands because they can't tell if one person in the audience likes what they're hearing.
