I Don't think the issue is whether its a fruit or a vegetable, Its pizza, contains, cheese, bread, oil, pretty much everything bad for you. The Fact that Pizza is considered vegetable opens the flood gates for other foods like Ravioli, Meat pot pies, Tv Dinners, pretty much anything that has filler of vegetable or fruit content.
