You sir. Are amazing! Im from England and never eaten meatloaf before. Made it. Loved it. You must be the most popular man in your area during summer, All that amazing barbecue food. DAMN!
I would love to try that on charcoal.... I'm to the point now where I'll use gas when I want to bang out 100 burgers in no time flat, but the charcoal is for the good company... I'm newly converted.... just need a better, bigger charcoal BBQ... eying up a very old steel drum my father-in- law has
Man oh man...this was fantastic. I smoked it on a Weber Silver Kettle grill with some soaked hickory chips. Delicious. I used onion and raw red pepper instead of carrot and roasted pepper and basted half with catsup and half with BBQ sauce (the wife doesn't like BBQ sauce so much). Excellent recipe and video. Thanks for post it. Here is a link to my pictures...
@TheMissourian Wouldn't let me post a link...If you want to see them, go to Photobucket, user name "The_Missourian", album "BBQ". Thanks again for posting this fantastic video.
I always thought that Canadians were smart. How sad that a life was killed for this. I'd rather stick to my plant based diet and eat lots of energizing vitamines than charcoaled carcasses.
couple other things that are good with meat loaf. One add some shredded cheddar cheese thru the middle of it. Do this by making two smaller meatloafs of same length and aprox size. then create a small well in the top of one. Putt you cheese in that well and then top and seal the cheese in with the other loaf. Another nice thing is put either you fave BBq sauce or some Ketchup on top before you cook and it will add a nice bit of sweetness to the top mmmm.
Thx for the video. Just a hair of advice, the video is a bit to far zoomed in. I watch my video's in full screen and that makes this a 22 inch meatloaf in my face. :P
Dude everything you make looks so damn good you know? lol. I mean I don't even like meatloaf that much, but the way you make looks absolutely amazing lol.
