No it`s not "Robot Cammy".:D It`s Decapre. She is from Russia and fights similar to Vega with a Mask and claws; except shorter and in both hands. She has a similar hair style like Cammy. I hope Capcom will make a OVA where we can see the Dolls in a fight in the future. It would be very interesting - Chun Li and Cammy need a revenge! Guile don`t like Juri too, but he hasn`t a personal cause. Especially Cammy should have a good revenge, because she will free her "sisters".

Due to Mike Tyson's contract being upstream after he went to jail, Capcom was not allowed to use the name for a boxer type character, so they thought the next best thing would be Dictator.(Vega, M. Bison) This is why Dictator's name in Japanese is Vega, and his english name is M. Bison.

Juni and Juli especially because they still have psycho power (SFA 3 story and Juni being able to Mach slide and heal each other). @DrPepperNOW Capcom has been having that tendency. They did the same in the other ova with Viper and Seth. They lack confidence in their new character designs, and it shows when they constantly advertise them, like putting Viper in MvC3, having UDON put them in their comics or shoehorning Hakan and Juri as alternate rivals in SSFIV. Because of that, they make them overpowered hoping that will make them popular.

But at least a chi amplifier as an excuse is more believable than Viper's gadgets.
