Kerry Lugar & similar bills being presented from time to time have played an active role in enforcing poverty & destroying Pakistan in all fields of life. Pakistans unashamed political filth is busy confiscating the basic needs/rights of life, to achieve the levels of poverty and get the bone of few million $ from USA/IMF or W.Bank.  Whats more alarming is that presently all the political filth whether in the govt or opposition are dogs constantly having their mouths open for $ bones.
