The shark that lived with the dinosaurs 65 million years ago looks EXACTLY like the one today, it's evolved over uncountable years into the perfect killing machine.

And the octopus looks kinds ( notice KINDA! ) like it has some dinosaur features.

This would have done well if made in the Sixties with today's effects... seems like that's what they were trying to go for, Godzilla era effects. Problem is we've gotten used to the better effects so not everyone can appreciate the bad movie aspect of this... this reminds me of King Kong Escapes or War of the Gargantuas. Debbie is the new Linda Miller. Lorenzo is the new Rex Reason.
