im 17, and when i do these with the barbell the barbell hits my balls its easy for you cuz u got a flat surface.. so i bend my knees and keep back + shoulder straight msg me back if im doing this ok
@nickpeter101 it happens to me too that's why I use dumbbells instead of a bar. Two dumbbells on the side and shrug up...Your balls will thank you! Lol
